Features
RDL with solid state laser is applicable in material processing such as, marking, ablation or high speed processing on the fly. The machine is suitable for very precise application requirements with low tolerance such as micro machining, ITO structuring or Ag patterning.
- After focusing, the spot size is 0.06mm @ 130x130 Field. Due to the focal point is smaller, it can do finer processing.
- It can remove the metal film on PET without cutting or hurt PET.
