Receding Head Hydraulic Die Cutting Machine is applicable to cutting any kind of wide materials, both roll and sheet materials, cutting force from 30 to 200 tons. We also provide dedicated machine for LCD industry.

RBC

• This RBC series use a parallel cutting stroke, which is essential for obtaining accurate cut parts, as well as prolonging the life of both the die and the cutting pad.
• The cutting head slows immediately before making the cut, thereby minimizing the size difference between the top most and bottom most material layers.
• The receding head allows open access to the cutting area for manual alignment of the material sheet.
• An adjustable receding distance allows for a variable cutting-cycle speed.
• Easy to use controls for setting the height of the die.
• Material feeding systems are available.
• Noise buffering device.
• The machine stay low vibration when cutting head moves.
