Advanced Cutting Solutions For BLM Film Components
The SYSCO ABC-40/70LCD series of machines for cutting BLM film as a component of LCD devices has received very positive industry response after innovative design changes effected in 2009. End-users have been particularly impressed by a few key features/changes:

  • The die loading/unloading flipping and sliding mechanism was moved from the inboard/outboard direction to the side of the machine body. Die inspection and shimming can now be done faster and more safely, right next to the machine. This simplifies die loading and unloading.
  • The compact design minimizes floor-space requirements.
  • Overall user-friendliness of the machine.

Automated Hydraulic Material Loading Stand Die Board Flipping Device Servo Controlled Waste Web Rewind Stand

Features  
  • Automated Hydraulic Material Loading Stand: Makes material loading safer and easier, up to 1200 kg capacity.
  • Die Board Flipping Device: Allows the die to flip over. The tightly held die board will not loosen during operation, keeping the operator very safe.
  • Servo Controlled Waste Web Rewind Stand: Rewind speed is controlled by a servo motor with precise accuracy. The waste web can be as small as 5 mm.
  • Four Post Mechanical Stops: Simultaneously adjusted to ensure cutting depth more accurate and even for longer life time of die and PET belt.
  • Ultrasonic Edge Tracking Device: Ensures accurate material feeding. Able to detect translucent materials, 0.15 mm resolution.
  • Production speed: Max. 30 cuts per minute for 42Ą¨ size.
