The RDC rotary die cutting system is modern manufacturing technology for coverting components for the mobile phone, PDA, LCD, STN and smart label industries.

  • Max. 30m/min cutting speed
  • Materials and cut parts are facilitated in roll form.
  • Die set feeding system driven by servomotor ensures synchronized positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1mm.
  • Upper and lower materials stands can be programmed and positioned as unwind and rewind units, accordingly as per the requirements.
  • Close loop tension control by servomotor and load cell for all materiel stands provides accurate tension of +/- 0.1N.
  • Active edge tracking device maintains the even feeding of material.
  • Unique CCD machine vision system ensures precise alignment of the printed registration mark.
  • Adjustable control panel position and screen gives flexibility of location and space for the operator's convenience.
